BrixGalaxy Return Policy

This Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may return products purchased from BrixGalaxy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with BrixGalaxy, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 BrixGalaxy accepts returns within fourteen (14) days from the date the product is delivered to the customer. 1.2 To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened,

  • Unused,

  • In its original, sealed packaging, and

  • In resellable condition.

1.3 Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

2.1 Due to the nature of brick‑building sets, 3D puzzles, and similar products, BrixGalaxy does not accept returns on any opened items. 2.2 Once a product’s seal has been broken, the contents may be mixed, incomplete, or no longer in their original condition. For this reason, opened sets cannot be restocked or verified for completeness, and are therefore strictly non‑returnable.

3. Return Shipping Costs

3.1 All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 3.2 Return shipping fees will either:

  • Be deducted from the customer’s refund, or

  • Be charged separately during the return process.

3.3 BrixGalaxy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by BrixGalaxy. 4.2 Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. 4.3 Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

5. Return Refusal Rights

5.1 BrixGalaxy reserves the right to refuse any return that:

  • Does not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy,

  • Is received in damaged or non‑resellable condition, or

  • Is returned without prior authorization (if applicable).

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6.1 If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact BrixGalaxy within 72 hours of delivery. 6.2 Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or support.
